Shipping Policy

We process orders as quickly as possible once payment has been confirmed.

United States: estimated delivery time is 5 to 11 business days.

Canada: estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.

We currently offer free shipping to the United States and Canada.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond Luminest Aura´s control,such as carrier delays,high demand, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other ligistical circumstances.

Once a tracking number is available for your order, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you notice an error in your adress, please contact us as soon as possible at luminestaura@gmail.com

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

If an order arrivesdamaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at luminestaura@gmail.com so we can review the case and offer a solution in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

For some international orders, taxes, duties, or customs charges may apply depending on the destination country or region. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
